I attended today’s Pottstown Progress Luncheon at Sunnybrook. When the main course was served, I requested a vegetarian option. The server very happily brought me my dish a few minutes later and I was so pleased to see the selection. The zucchini and squash “noodles” in a puttanesca-style broth were absolutely delicious! The dish was flavorful, health-conscious, and still filling. It was, hands-down, one of the best vegetarian dishes I’ve been served in a conference/large group situation like today’s. Today’s vegetarian meal was a real treat and is something I would order from a restaurant menu anyday. Kudos to the chef and staff.
