JoAnne, our sincere thanks to you for all that you did to make our 2018 Sales Planning Meeting a success as we could not have done this without you!   
Your facility is beautiful, impeccably clean and well organized.  Your attention to detail JoAnne, is amazing as each morning the doors were open as promised and everything was ready to go.  Any requests made were immediately addressed with no hesitation and always with a smile.  No request was too great and you and your staff were always attentive to our needs.  Everyone in the facility was friendly, and always asking if there was anything they could do for us, they took pride in their work and if they couldn’t help us, found someone who could.
 Not only were the meals delicious with beautifully appointed presentation but coffee pots were always full and there was a nice selection of foods with breakfast and lunch.  Your chef also, anxious to please made sure he came out and inquired if everything was okay which it definitely was.  We heard only compliments from our Team and not a single complaint about anything.  The themes at meals (galvanized steel coolers at our barbeque lunch were a great touch!!), flowers and set up were fantastic, everyone complimented on the attentiveness of your lunch staff and beautiful set-up of the rooms.
 Now for your staff superstars – Brittney and Bob, these 2 make it happen, are so very efficient and attentive to every detail and extremely anxious to please their customers!!  Last year, Bob was mentioned on our follow up survey that we sent out to our attendees as he took excellent care of us all day, water glasses were full, room always cleaned up and well supplied with all the refreshments.  This year, people recognized him immediately and as no surprise, everything was again perfect!  Bob and Brittney definitely enjoy and take pride in their work!
 Brittney, was waiting each morning (always with a smile!), had our muffins in the oven, coffee and creamer filled and ready!  She was in constant contact with us throughout the day, always ready to please.  We asked if we could get an extra table for a display and it was there within minutes, carried in by Bob and Brittney, not just a table but one with a cover and a skirt.  We never had to ask for anything, coffee was always filled, our breakfast and afternoon snacks were plentiful, great variety and always fresh.  Brittney and Bob checked on everything throughout the day and of course, you, JoAnne always made it a point to stop by and ask if everything was going okay. 
 We would recommend SunnyBrook to anyone looking to have any type of meeting, for this is definitely a top of the line conference center.  Your flexibility and ability to work with people’s needs is extraordinary and surely rare these days as we have used other facilities in the area and found their venue and services to be extremely disappointing.  So, hats off to you and your staff JoAnne and THANK YOU from all of us here at Neapco for making our 2018 Sales Planning Meeting, a huge success!  We look forward to seeing you again soon!  Great job!!

The ballroom looked elegant, the food was excellent and the service
was exceptional. Please let everyone know how happy the CLASS OF 72
was at the Friday night get together and our dinner dance. There
were hundreds of photos posted this past week on Facebook and
many many positive comments about the good time we had at SUNNYBROOK.

Thank you so much for making our shower run so smoothly! Your staff were so friendly and so helpful and the food was delicious! My daughter loved everything about it and so did we!
